K2 do not have any direct retail outlets. K2 supply their products to trade companies only.
We would recommend you contact the K2 supplier / installer you made your original purchase with, or if that is not an option you can use the K2 Directory area on the K2 website to be advised on companies in your area that use our products.
Please note: This is only for parts for existing conservatories, if you have missing/damaged parts on a recent delivery then you should first go to your supplier, and then Submit a Ticket to this helpdesk if you require assistance from K2.
If you do raise a Ticket for a parts enquiry, please ensure you include the following information:
• order / reference number,
• your full name and address including postcode,
• name of installer (if known)
