Tickets raised using this Helpdesk generate emails automatically to acknowledge receipt of a query and to help you set up an account. 


You may also have received an email from Helpdesk if you emailed one of the Synseal Group customer service email addresses, as these are linked in to the Helpdesk system.

These tickets are then allocated by the Helpdesk to the correct department for response.
